GlobeAssist PA operates on a transparent and professional basis. By engaging our services, clients agree to the following key terms:
• Services are provided on an hourly, package, or fixed-price basis as agreed in advance.
• Time is tracked and billed in 15-minute increments unless otherwise stated.
• Invoices are issued in accordance with agreed pricing and payment terms.
• Reasonable notice is required for cancellations or changes to scheduled work.
• GlobeAssist PA may coordinate third-party services on behalf of clients but cannot be held responsible for the performance, pricing, or availability of those third parties.
• All client information is handled confidentially.
• Services are provided on a best-effort basis and do not guarantee specific outcomes beyond agreed deliverables.
